The nice people at Ars Technica, having posted an incredibly detailed exposé on the atrocious security of the DieBold voting machines used in US elections, have now published their article as a free PDF for download.
The original article, which was an extremely detailed explanation of the flaws in the DieBold machines, explained just how easily their security could be defeated and turned to the purposes of a determined individual. Now that it’s been released in PDF format, the site would like you to send a copy to your political representatives, both in the House and in the Senate.
I’m almost glad that Australia is small enough to rely on paper ballots.
